As a Partner and Senior Executive Search Consultant with a focus on Wealth Management and Private Banking, I work in service of both clients and candidates. I believe in the cultural affinity for the people I place in organizations. In addition to his responsibilities as the manager of the Domestic Wealth business for our New York office, he has recently taken on the management of our International Wealth specialty. He brings significant global experience with a particular strength in Latin America.
Marcus Dawson

Marcus works diligently to identify, qualify and recruit associate and partner level attorneys for law firms nationally. Prior to joining WorldBridge Partners, Marcus worked in the Athletic Compliance Department at Creighton University in Omaha. Marcus’ experience as a legal consultant enables him to gather important insight into both firms and prospective candidates to make sure the fit is right both professionally and personally.
Marcus graduated with honors from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in Journalism and holds a J.D. from Creighton University. In his free time, Marcus enjoys travel and playing piano.

To date, Jonathan has been involved in searches from front-line sales representatives to Vice President of Sales with major software companies across the country. Prior to starting at WorldBridge Partners Chicago in 1998, he worked as a Senior Account Executive for a communications company based in Chicago. Jonathan consistently exceeded his annual revenue goals and was ranked in the top five consultants for sales people nationwide.
Warren Harvey

Warren returned to WorldBridge in 2014 after serving as Managing Director of Human Resources with Gramercy Funds Management (an Emerging Markets focused investment manager) where he built and managed a comprehensive HR platform from the ground up. Combined, Warren has twenty five years of financial services executive recruiting experience partnering with hedge funds, traditional asset management firms, and investment banks in the US, UK and Asia. He has successfully directed senior to mid-level searches for a wide variety of roles in portfolio management, analysis, trading, new business development, marketing, risk management, compliance, client relations, technology and operations. His work with Gramercy provides him with unique insights into both traditional and alternative management products and company environments.
Warren worked for 19 years with WorldBridge most recently leading the Investment Management practice preceding his 6 years with Gramercy. Prior to beginning his career in executive search Warren was a group manager in the Controller’s department at Goldman Sachs. He graduated from Hofstra University with a BBA in Accounting.

Jim Janosik

Ed is a 1993 graduate of Yale University with a BS in History where he was a member of the football team. He enjoys coaching and activities with the seven women in his life, his wife, 4 daughters, and his two labs.

As Search Manager, Lauren works with our Executive Search Consultants and our clients by sourcing and identifying winning candidates for all search projects. Those experiences and knowledge help him to better understand his client’s true needs. He has been recruiting high level industry leaders his entire recruiting career.
His focus now is Metals Manufacturing. His specialty is Sales and he has worked on and filled everything from VP of Sales to Maintenance and Engineering. He loves a challenge so you can bring him those hard to fill positions.
Rob has a Bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Toledo. He is also a very active and driven health and fitness focused individual having run and completed numerous Full & Half Marathons as well as 100 mile bike rides and Tough Mudders.

Al Peters

Al Peters joined the WorldBridge Partner’s Banking Team after spending 30 years in the direct marketing field. While working for a direct marketing company for 18 years, Al felt he could meet his client’s delivery deadlines by employing new techniques, re-engineering the marketing and delivery process and decided to start his own company. Al built and ran his own direct marketing company, On-Time Marketing, for 12 years where he was able to more efficiently deliver product more timely to his customers which also resulted in reducing substantial client costs. After building his successful company, Al sold his business and continued to work through the ownership transition with the buyer. Prior to joining WBP Chicago NW, Susan worked for an MRI executive search firm specializing in the Electrical industry. In her role, she was successful in filling positions in both Electrical Distribution and Manufacturing. Her focus was placing Sales, Operations, Senior Management and Pricing/Purchasing managers.
Susan also worked for another large, international business where she recruited for positions in several vertical markets. She moved into a Senior Staffing Partner role for the corporate office and continued recruiting for positions in Sales, Operations and Engineering for the automation, Fire/Life Safety and Security business sector.

Cory joined WorldBridge Partners in April of 2021 after a successful 14-year career in Supply Chain Management. His Supply Chain career began in Human Resources where he played a key role in the initial hiring of the first 300 team members for a newly built distribution center. Promotions and opportunities led to extensive experience in various areas of inbound and outbound distribution which included conveyable departments. In his career, he has been trusted to commission a new warehouse building and see it through from the construction phase to a multimillion-dollar inventory. He has never been afraid to take on new roles and lead new teams. He possesses his commercial driver’s license and has experience delivering merchandise to retail stores. His most recent experience has been in manufacturing where he has learned and led teams in steel roll-forming and pressure treating lumber.
A recent opportunity presented itself to diversify his recruiting portfolio. Cory is now leading the financial services and banking recruitment for the state of Illinois. He grew up in Illinois on the family farm and is very familiar with the state and agriculture.

Seth prides himself on taking a long-term approach to his job as an executive banking recruiter. In order to do so, he stresses the importance of diving into understanding both professionals’ and clients’ backgrounds and motivations. With that approach, Seth is able to ensure that when he does speak to people, he can better understand what the professionals and clients want, so that he can help them accomplish their personal, professional, and financial goals.
Seth relates to all banking professionals in all banking sectors whether they are small community, regional or national banks throughout the Midwest. No bank is too small for Seth as he is especially adept at solving human capital solutions for banks in rural communities. Before recruiting, Brett was a middle school math teacher for 11 years, as well as two years as a Financial Advisor. His experiences as a teacher, Financial Advisor and coach have fostered a passion for helping people and developing meaningful relationships. He lives by the quote, “There is no such thing as winning and losing, only winning and learning.”
Brett earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Psychology from Baker University, where he also played basketball and baseball. While teaching, he also served as a high school basketball and baseball coach. Brett continues to be involved in coaching his oldest son through the local YMCA and other community programs. Brett also enjoys watching sports, golfing, music and writing poetry in his free time.
