Al Peters joined the WorldBridge Partner’s Banking Team after spending 30 years in the direct marketing field. While working for a direct marketing company for 18 years, Al felt he could meet his client’s delivery deadlines by employing new techniques, re-engineering the marketing and delivery process and decided to start his own company. Al built and ran his own direct marketing company, On-Time Marketing, for 12 years where he was able to more efficiently deliver product more timely to his customers which also resulted in reducing substantial client costs. After building his successful company, Al sold his business and continued to work through the ownership transition with the buyer. Al’s education background includes a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Philosophy, as well as a Master of Arts Degree in Organizational Communication.
Al has been married for 35 years and has 4 children and 3 grandchildren. He thoroughly enjoys any time he can spend with family. He is also active in his local church, enjoys biking and Notre Dame football!
