Privacy Policy

WorldBridge Partners (WBP) is committed to safeguarding your privacy. As a recruiting and staffing firm, we prioritize protecting the personal information provided by visitors to WorldBridgePartners.com. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information in accordance with your consent, applicable laws, and specific requirements for text messaging, including compliance with Zoom’s Text Messaging Policy for users of Zoom Phone SMS, updated for 2025.
We collect personal information you voluntarily provide, such as:
- Name, email address, phone number, and resume details when you apply for jobs or contact us.
- Information submitted through forms on our website.
- Usage data, including IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected via cookies and analytics tools.
- For text messaging, we collect mobile phone numbers, message content, and texting preferences, as required for Zoom Phone SMS compliance.
Your information is used to:
- Facilitate recruitment and staffing services, including matching candidates with job opportunities.
- Respond to inquiries and provide customer support.
- Improve our website and services through analytics.
- Send marketing communications, including text messages, where you have explicitly opted in.
- Comply with legal obligations and Zoom’s Text Messaging Policy requirements.
WBP may use Zoom Phone SMS for text messaging. To comply with Zoom’s Text Messaging Policy and applicable laws, we adhere to the following requirements:
- 10DLC Registration: All text messages sent via Zoom Phone SMS using a 10-digit long code (10DLC) are registered with the Campaign Registry through the Zoom Admin portal, as required by major wireless carriers for Application-to-Person (A2P) messaging. This includes brand and campaign registration to ensure deliverability.
- Consent: We obtain explicit, documented consent from recipients before sending text messages. Consent is specific to WBP and the intended purpose (e.g., job updates) and cannot be bought, sold, or transferred. Recipients must knowingly provide their phone number for texting purposes, and we retain consent records for at least four years.
- Opt-Out Mechanism: Every text message includes clear opt-out instructions (e.g., “Reply STOP to unsubscribe”). We honor universal opt-out keywords (“stop,” “end,” “cancel,” “unsubscribe,” “quit”) and provide opt-out options at regular intervals for recurring messages.
- Sender Identification: Each commercial text message clearly identifies WBP as the sender to ensure transparency.
- Prohibited Practices: We do not use spoofing, URL shorteners, or embedded unpublished phone numbers in messages, as prohibited by Zoom’s policy.
- Privacy Policy Disclosure: Our privacy policy includes specific information about text messaging, such as how we collect and use mobile phone numbers and message content, and how recipients can exercise privacy rights, as required by Zoom for campaign approval.
- Compliance with Applicable Laws: We ensure compliance with international, federal, and state laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), GDPR, and CCPA, where applicable. Recipients are responsible for ensuring compliance in their jurisdictions.
WBP employs industry-standard measures to protect your data, including:
- Encryption of sensitive information during transmission (e.g., SSL/TLS for website data, secure protocols for Zoom Phone SMS).
- Secure storage practices and access controls.
- Regular security audits to address vulnerabilities.
- Compliance with data protection regulations and Zoom’s “best effort” service standards for text messaging, noting that delivery is not guaranteed due to reliance on wireless carriers.
We may share your information:
- With clients seeking candidates, only with your explicit consent.
- With trusted third-party service providers (e.g., Zoom, cloud hosting, analytics) who adhere to strict privacy standards and Zoom’s Text Messaging Policy.
- When required by law or to protect WBP’s legal rights.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties
