Brian brings 21 years of recruiting expertise working with consumer products, industrial, automotive, and heavy equipment manufacturing companies. He is specialized in placing operations, supply chain, and lean/continuous improvement professionals.
For 15 years he was a part of Intercity Personnel Associates, a national recruiting affiliation consisting of 250+ independent recruiting firms. During that time his achievements included:
- Top 10 Counselor Award – 12 years
- Top 10 Agency Award – 6 years
- Number #1 Counselor Award – 3 years
- Number #1 Agency Award – 1 year
Prior to recruiting, Brian worked as a Quality Engineer and Project Manager in the automotive and consumer products industries. He earned his BS in Industrial Technology from the University of Wisconsin Platteville. He was certified as a Quality Engineer through ASQ and served on the executive board for ASQ of Northern Nevada.
Brian’s involvements include the Chamber of Commerce, Chamber Connections, Toastmasters, and The Napoleon Hill Foundation. He is a supporter of Make of Wish, Shriner’s, and St. Jude’s organizations.
