Sally Salzer is the Managing Partner of WorldBridge Partners and began her search career in 1998. She co-leads the Northbrook, IL office which works in the Life Sciences industry to include medical device, pharma, biotech, healthcare IT, consulting and venture capital segments. She leads the medical device practice group. Sally's team brings strong industry experience and has won numerous awards for success and growth. Sally conducts searches in the areas of marketing, sales management, national/corporate accounts, consulting, M&A and finance.

Prior to entering the search field, Sally spent 20 years in leadership roles in a Fortune 100 healthcare company. She was VP of Sales and VP of National Accounts at Baxter Healthcare and Allegiance Healthcare (now Cardinal Health).

She earned her Bachelor's degree in Business from the University of Wisconsin - Madison and her MBA from Nova Southeastern University. Sally is a mentor to a business incubator team at her community high school, serves on the Entrepreneur and Innovation Advisory Council at Lake Forest College and is a mentor to a first generation college bound student selected to participate in College Bound Opportunities. She has served on boards for Habitat for Humanity and The Riverside Foundation as well.
