Lorena Stanley is a Managing Partner of WorldBridge Partners. With over 20 years of direct recruiting experience, she is a nationally recognized expert in Senior Management and Executive level Recruiting.

Lorena co-manages six separate business practices that include: Emerging Technology, Outsourced Human Capital Solutions, Financial Services, Construction, Contract Staffing and Research.

She is personally heavily focused on meeting the specific needs of CEO's of emerging growth companies in tailoring highly customized human capital solutions to fit their unique organizational needs.

Prior to joining WorldBridge Partners, Ms. Stanley held various positions from Human Resource Director to Operations Director of large, multinational organizations. She earned her Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management from California State University, Sacramento.

Lorena is also a member of the Golden Capital Network, a non-profit organization focused on putting together entrepreneurs, accredited investors, professional service providers and the business communities themselves. She has also been involved in various other local community services including Big Brothers /Big Sisters.
