Michael Gionta, a founding member of WorldBridge Partners is a nationally recognized expert in the Enterprise Networking Industry. Michael began his executive search career in 1989. An avid reader of business and personal growth & development literature, Michael is frequently invited to share his knowledge, views and implementation strategies on the national platform. Michael has incorporated in depth industry knowledge and recruitment best practice strategies to empower the growth of emerging technology companies . Michael's team builds the field sales and support teams for leading Enterprise Networking companies and select executives leadership roles. Michael and his team have been won numerous awards for success in recruiting. Michael reached # 2 of 1,000 in 2000.

Prior to entering the executive search profession Michael received honors for consistent achievement in sales and marketing roles with Motorola Communications.

Michael earned his BS in Business Administration from Bryant College and graduated cum Laude.

Michael is a former regional Treasurer and President of Big Brothers/Sisters.
