Michael's team builds the field sales and support teams for leading Enterprise Networking companies and select executives leadership roles. Prior to entering the executive search profession Michael received honors for consistent achievement in sales and marketing roles with Motorola Communications.

Michael earned his BS in Business Administration from Bryant College and graduated cum Laude.
