Tonya specializes in placing high-achieving financial professionals in the banking industry. Her focus is in Southern California with emphasis on the Greater Los Angeles area. Tonya understands that listening with a service attitude is key to meeting the needs of both clients and candidates. Her goal is to build long-term relationships through quality placements, integrity, and commitment to those with whom she works.

Tonya’s background is in the field of education. She started her career in the Midwest as a junior and senior high school vocal music teacher. She later moved to California to work as a university administrator, particularly in recruitment, international student services, and study abroad. Tonya believes that her teaching and administrative background serves her well in planning, working with a diverse clientele, and problem solving.

After spending six years in Taiwan and graduating from high school there, Tonya earned her bachelor’s degree in music education from St. Olaf College in Minnesota. She then went on for her master’s degree in international administration from the School for International Training in Vermont.

When Tonya is not working, she’s enjoying time with her three children, traveling, singing, playing piano, swimming, and being outdoors.
