Tom is a founding member and Managing Partner of WorldBridge Partners. He leads the National Financial Services industry practice and the Accounting and Finance vertical practice for WorldBridge. Tom began his executive search career in 1982 and is a recognized expert in search and placement for the banking industry.
The unusual or particularly challenging projects capture Tom’s attention. He has structured and coordinated the building of a new global company, simultaneously placing key personnel in the US, England, Singapore, Norway and France. Along with his managerial responsibilities, Tom handles the most senior searches personally. Prior to entering the executive search profession, Tom was an educator in New York.
Tom co-chairs the Friends of St. Mary’s Foundation for Children and is an active supporter of South Nassau Communities Hospital. Tom is an accomplished guitarist and has actually performed at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland.
