I bring unique experience and talent to our recruitment team. My specialty encompasses all aspects of Supply Chain Management, including Logistics, Strategic Sourcing, Operations Management and Engineering. I work with middle to upper level mangers and executives throughout the United States.
Prior to joining the dynamic team at WorldBridge Partners, I served as an Executive Network Director for SBC Communications, which included all aspects of field operations. I attended Marquette University and received a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with Minors in Mathematics and Computer Science. I held various local and regional positions in Sales, Engineering, Project Management and Supply Chain Solutions. My diverse experience includes large companies, new spin-off business units, start-up organizations and acquired companies. I have successfully managed teams through five acquisitions and formed high performance groups. As a former hiring manager, I know first hand the challenges our clients face in filling open positions.
Clients depend on me to locate highly qualified, talented individuals to meet their organization challenges. I start by defining the long and short-term objectives my client wants to achieve as a result of hiring a star candidate. I seek out candidates that meet or exceed customer’s needs with demonstrated accomplishments, strong interpersonal skills, leadership traits and a genuine interest for a new challenge.
