Sally Salzer is a Managing Partner of WorldBridge Partners and began her Executive Search career in 1998. She co-leads the Northbrook, IL office which works in the Life Sciences industry to include the medical device, pharmaceutical and biotech segments. Sally is the co-leader of the WorldBridge Partners Medical Device Practice Group. Sally’s team brings very strong medical device and pharmaceutical industry experience and they have won numerous awards for success and growth. Sally personally conducts searches in the areas of marketing, sales management, national accounts/corporate accounts and finance within the medical device segment.
Prior to entering the search field, Sally spent 20 years in leadership roles in a Fortune 100 healthcare company. She was the VP of sales and VP of National Accounts at Baxter Healthcare and Allegiance Healthcare (now Cardinal Health).
She earned her Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin and her MBA from Nova Southeastern University. Sally is a board member of Habitat for Humanity – Women Build project and also serves on the Executive Board of the PTA in her community.
