Pam has over 25 years in the recruiting and search industry. She started her career in executive recruiting/search in Portland, Oregon. She later moved to Seattle and became part of the northwest corporate community as an outside sales account executive working for 2 premier Fortune 500 companies; Procter & Gamble and Johnson & Johnson Pharmaceuticals.
While working in Seattle, she covered the states of Washington, Alaska and Hawaii. Pam was asked to recruit a sales executive and utilized her talents that she had developed in her early career years. She decided to get back into the search/recruiting business, her first passion. She left corporate life and returned to executive recruitment.
As she developed new clients throughout the U.S. for a company she had worked for previously in Portland, she was recognized consistently as a top producer in many fields and industries.
In 1992 Pam made a decision to buy a start up staffing company franchise in Omaha, Nebraska. She purchased Express Personnel Services and started the business from the ground up, new territory. While owning the franchise with her husband who became her business partner, she developed the executive search side of the business and did international search as well as domestic, creating the need to travel internationally.
She successfully sold her staffing company in 1998 to focus on upper level search. This resulted in traveling internationally to fulfill the exclusive search needs of some of Omaha’s largest employers.
Her passionate energy and enthusiasm reflects in her ability to recruit top talent even if they are “gainfully” employed. They have to hear about “a great opportunity”.
Pam loves Omaha which has resulted in her championed the community since 1992. This is evident in the following:

- Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce Membership Chair/President’s Club – Received the highest honor you can achieve in the President’s Club two years in a row – receiving an Honorary Lifetime Membership Award. Pam was the ONLY woman to receive 2 Honorary Lifetime Membership Awards.
