Mark has been with WBP Glastonbury Technology Practice since 1998. Mark specializes within the Telecommunications Software industry. His primary focus being OSS/BSS, Billing and Customer Care Solutions. He has received numerous awards and was ranked the #1 Project Coordinator in the US for 1999. In 2002 he also established the European Market for Telecom Software.

Mark currently holds a Degree in Fine Arts and Graphic Design from Middlesex College. Mark is a published author of poetry and fiction. He is also an active part of his community, coaching youth soccer.
