Lorena Stanley is a Managing Partner of WorldBridge Partners. With over 20 years of direct recruiting experience, she is a nationally recognized expert in Senior Management and Executive level Recruiting.
Lorena co-manages four separate business practices which includes:
- Enterprise Software
- Financial Services – Retail Brokerage
- Banking
- Construction
In addition to her co-management of the business practice units, Lorena and her team of consultants recruit Senior Level Executives, as well as all levels of Sales, and Sales Engineers in the Enterprise Software sector. She has achieved top National Honors for her personal recruiting efforts and brings vast knowledge and specific experience to the Enterprise Software Companies and Candidates she works with.
Prior to joining WorldBridge Partners, Ms. Stanley held various positions from Human Resource Director to Operations Director of large, multinational organizations. She earned her Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management from California State University, Sacramento.
Lorena is also a member of the Golden Capital Network, a non-profit organization focused on putting together entrepreneurs, accredited investors, professional service providers and the business communities themselves.
