Lisa Thomas is a Search Consultant with World Bridge Partners and specializes in all aspects of Construction. She is experienced in Commercial, Residential, Design Build, and Tenant Improvements. She has an extensive background working with builders and contractors and understands the unique skills sets they are looking to attract.

From project engineers and estimators to Senior Project Managers and Superintendents, Lisa is recognized by her clients for her ability to identify and recruit outstanding talent that is not available in the active job market. She provides solutions in a timely fashion, thus reducing the clients time and cost of hiring.

Prior to joining WorldBridge Partners, Lisa had a successful career in sales across a diversity of industries. Most recently, she had been working with builders and contractors to implement Smart Home Automation solutions.
