Linda Aughenbaugh SPHR
As the Director of Contract Staffing, Linda brings years of
experience to WorldBridge having been involved in the staffing industry since
1987. She owned the Adecco Employment Services franchise for nearly 12 years in
Omaha. Prior to coming to WorldBridge Partners, she was the branch manager of
Robert Half International in Omaha and responsible for 5 divisions. Her
staffing expertise includes contract, contract-to-hire and permanent staffing
in IT/IS, accounting & finance and administrative specialties.
Linda builds loyal, long-term relationships with her
clients, candidates and with employees that have worked for her on her teams.
Clients, candidates and employees alike appreciate her upbeat, positive
attitude and her ability to respond quickly to each and every challenge with a
win-win solution. She is proud of her ability to customize her services based
on the needs of her customers while maintaining the highest ethics, integrity
and honesty.
She earned her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)
in 2000 and is committed to maintaining her certification. She is very active in her community and
participates in the Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce, the local chapter of
SHRM and serves as the Media Relations Co-Chair of the Human Resources
Association of the Midlands. Linda was a volunteer with the United Way serving
on the Youth Allocations Board for several years. Linda is currently in the process of being
appointed by Mayor Fahey to serve on the Tri-County Workforce Investment Board,
which is a 4-year appointment.
