Larry joined the WBP Healthcare team recently bringing his wealth of experience recruiting managed care professionals on a national basis. With over 16 years experience recruiting and ultimately owning his own search firm, Larry has a track record of success having won many “Top Recruiter” awards as well as “Rookie of the Year” in 1991 and has served in many leadership capacities and roles. Bringing that “winning attitude” to WBP makes him a natural fit for the tremendous growth WBP is experiencing in the healthcare arena. Prior to becoming a search consultant, Larry served 20+ years as an educator, coach, principal and superintendent of schools. During most of his years is education, he was the hiring official for certified and non-certified personnel. He was also chief financial and executive officer in charge of budget, personnel, compensation and employee benefits.
Larry’s philosophy of service has proven tremendously success throughout his career. "My years of experience as a chief hiring official gave me a clear understanding of the importance of the hiring process, as well as its time constraints and burdens. My goal is to find interested, qualified and experienced candidates that can make a "day one" impact on their new position. In addition to recruiting and screening candidates for appropriateness, I also offer a value added service - I put the candidates through the screen of my knowledge of the company, the person to whom they will report and any other relevant considerations."
