Keyla Shillingford joins us with a background in both office administration and IT support. She has worked for big companies such as Northrop Grumman, where she perfected her customer service skills while working on a project with the Department of Defense.
Prior to joining WorldBridge Partners, Keyla was the Project Coordinator for the IT Department at MRINetwork’s Home Office in Cleveland. During her time with MRI she was responsible for administrating the online training and video conferencing software. Also, she was in charge of several projects including: PCR The MRINetwork Way Training Development, PTWeb+ Training Development, Web Conferencing for the Network Members, Online Training Courses by Monster, and many more. Additionally she handled escalated calls from the IT Help Desk on regards to MRINetwork.com, PTWeb, MRI The Resource, List Serv, Job Postings, etc.
Keyla comes to us with very valuable MRI background, so she will assist us as we keep growing and building momentum.
Keyla was born in Puerto Rico and is fluent in Spanish and would love to learn more languages. She takes pride in her international group of friends, and would love nothing more than to travel around the world and learn from other cultures.
