Jan has been working in the Consulting Services Industry for twenty years. She is resourceful and creative in her sales and recruiting efforts yielding successful placements.
The Sacramento, California market is Jan’s specialty. Over the years, she has come to understand the needs and the culture of the Sacramento business community. Wearing both Recruiter and Account Manager hats Jan has opened, staffed, and managed many branch offices in Sacramento for small and medium sized IT/IS and health care staffing companies. Her clients range from small, local companies to large, international organizations.
Jan’s philosophy is one of service, customization and solution based fulfillment. She is experienced in contract, contract-to-hire and permanent staffing.
Jan determines which option works best for her clients by performing a needs assessment and analyzing the client requirements. She has recruited the one key consultant needed and has built complete project teams.
Her degree in Cooperative Business Education from Rider University laid the groundwork for her success in staffing. She has been active in many IT user groups, human resource organizations and the Sacramento Chamber of Commerce.
