Having spent several years as the professional development manager for a top international law firm, Holly understands the needs of attorneys and firms alike. While her primary expertise is within the state of California, she’s cultivated relationships with legal professionals all over the country. Her client list includes many of the country's most respected firms, as well as prominent midsized, regional and lifestyle firms. She specializes in the California market with a particular focus on associates. Holly gets to know her candidates, so they can feel comfortable being completely candid about their motivations, objectives and concerns. She also takes the time to understand her clients' needs, and will not waste their time with candidates who do not meet their requirements. She recruits attorneys with strong academic credentials and firm experience, across virtually all practice areas.  Holly graduated with distinction from Cornell University in 2000.
