Gayle Galloway is a Managing Partner at WorldBridge Partners and co-leads the medical device industry practice group. She co-leads the Northbrook, Il office which works in the Life Sciences Industry to include the medical device, pharmaceutical and biotech segments. Gayle began her executive search career in 1998. Gayle specializes in the areas of marketing, reimbursement/managed care, consulting, sales management and national accounts.
Prior to entering the executive search profession Gayle was Vice-President of Marketing and Operations at a Fortune 100 healthcare company. She held leadership positions with Allegiance Healthcare(now Cardinal Healthcare), Baxter and American Hospital Supply.
Gayle holds a bachelor’s degree in history and pre-law from Transylvania University and a Masters in Personnel Administration from Ohio State University. Gayle is active in the Chicago Transylvania Alumni Association and Habitat for Humanity.
