Erin is a search consultant who specializes in the recruitment and placement of human resources and labor relations executives. Prior to joining WorldBridge Partners, Erin was a labor and employment attorney. While representing management in collective bargaining and other employment disputes, Erin learned the tremendous value to any company, of having an experienced and well respected manager.
It is her belief that as defined by Dwight D. Eisenhower, “leadership” is:
the art of getting someone else to do something you want done because he wants to do it. It is with this philosophy in mind that Erin assists companies in recruiting top-notch management personnel who have mastered the “art of leadership” and are able to create and maintain workplace and industrial harmony.
Erin received her B.A. from the University of Illinois at Chicago, where she majored in Political Science, and her J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law. Erin is also a professional feng shui consultant. |
