As former Co-owner and Executive of a 40MM company and former Director of Education for a private school, support and the development of people has been at the core of every position Ellen has held – as executive team member, Director of Organizational Learning, corporate trainer, marketing and research executive, and educator.
As an Executive Search Consultant with a focus on Commercial Banking and Wealth Management, Ellen works in service of both clients and candidates. She believes in the cultural affinity for the people she places in organizations. She is heavily influenced by Peter Drucker, Peter Senge and others who believe the selection of people is the most important decision an organization can make. Her goal is to aid clients in that process and to place the right person in the right system.
Ellen works to cultivate long term client relationships. She does extensive research to identify stellar candidates – Executives, Lending Officers in all disciplines, Financial Management Advisors and more. Her focus is Southern California with particular emphasis on the Greater LA area.
Ellen graduated from Kenya HS in Nairobi, Kenya, has her BA from the University of Michigan and has completed numerous post-graduate studies. She enjoys world travel, sports and is an advocate for children’s causes.
