Dale joined the Omaha team in 1994 and joined the Insurance Practice in 2003 and has quickly adapted his nationally acclaimed consulting skills toward the continued development of this practice. Specializing in the health and ancillary arenas of benefit sales, service and operations on a national basis, Dale works primarily with commercial carriers.
Dale is firmly committed to excellence for the services he provides to clients and candidates alike. His philosophy of "What can I do to help" has allowed him to build lasting relationships with his clients and candidates
A very successful consultant in the IT arena for 8 years, Dale's contributions have regularly placed him at Pacesetter status within the organization, which is the top 5% worldwide and among the Top Five in the Midwest Region four times. He achieved his CSAM (Certified Senior Account Manager) status in 1996 and was inducted into the National Hall of Fame in 1999.
Dale is a graduate of Wayne State College with a B.S. Business Administration and has completed his course work toward an M.B.A. at the University of Northern Iowa.
