Barbara Macaluso is a Search Consultant with WorldBridge Partners and specializes in the Financial Services industry. Prior to joining WorldBridge Partners, she enjoyed a 22 year career with UBS PaineWebber and Prudential Securities where she held various managerial positions in Operations, Marketing, Corporate Training/Development and Regional Recruiting. At UBS PaineWebber, she was a Divisional Hiring Officer for new Financial Advisors in addition to providing training and coaching of new Branch Managers and Sales Managers. She also held the title of Corporate Vice President at UBS PaineWebber having been appointed by the board in recognition of her outstanding performance managing a 13 state recruitment effort across more than 200 Branch Offices.
Barbara recently relocated from Boca Raton, Florida to Central New York and is committed to working with residents, alumni, parents, school employees and community leaders to create an educational foundation in the local school district. In always choosing to surround herself with extraordinary people, she is proud of the strong business relationships she has built over the years within organizations and local communities.
Barbara received her Series 7 and 63 licenses while at Prudential Securities.
