Worldbridge Partners General Construction and Construction Management clients focus in markets from Commercial to Residential. Within these markets are areas of specialization such as Multi-Family/Condominium, Hospitality, Mixed Use, Telecom, Office, Distribution & Warehouse, Religious & Cultural, and Retail.
The Construction Division of WorldBridge Partners works with Design Build Firms, General Contractors, Owners, Specialty Contractors, Real Estate Developers, Construction Management firms, Residential Real Estate Development firms, and Residential Contractors to build their firms with talent that is not readily available in the active job market. Our role is to identify those key characteristics of success in our client organizations and go out into the marketplace and identify those select few individuals that both rank among the top 20% of their peers and possess a burning desire to make something happen in their career. We have partnered with Top ENR firms as well as smaller firms poised for significant growth, providing them with the talent they need to be successful.
We have successfully placed candidates in all levels within the Construction industry from President/CEO to Project Managers to Superintendents. We have also placed candidates in roles such as Business Development, Human Resources, Marketing, and Controller. |
